I finally got one of her manga last week and it was just simply amazing. I wish more teams can scanlate her work. She need to be worshiped more!

I know, OMG, and this is JUST the one this year that's held in the corner of a bookshop. LAST YEAR, her publisher erotic-f rented a cafe-art gallery to host her exhibition and it looked REALLY REALLY AWESOME (wish I was there too... ;_;)

I am so jealous of those fans in JP! I would love to fill my walls with her picture!

I got the taiwanese version of "Katakoi no Nikki Shoujo" - the one with the girl in her school uniform. It's technically shoujo, but there's definiete hints of boy love and her signature, boy dress as girls. I am not a fan of shoujo, but the cover story just blew my mind. Absolutely love for that whole book. It's a real pity that no one has scanned mroe of her work.

I am working on a short color oneshot at the moment. The editing is killing me because it's digital photos!!! But They're HQ enough for me to make it look like scans (just with a lot of repaint and will power).

I knnowww... *whines* apparently Nakamura likes to pen-trace on new paper instead of draw on top of her pencil draft (which is usually the norm, and the manga artist rubs the pencil lines off afterwards), so you can get a good look of her rough sketch, pencil draft and penned in art on separate sheets, and the quality of the original work is completely different from the printed ones.... I really really wanna see them! ;_;

Ah I've heard of it, it's a shame it's not in Japanese, but if you understand Chinese it means you can translate and edit it right? I'd love to see it if you're releasing it! <33

I only have up to 4th grade chinese reading and writing level (which is fair enough for me to understand the text). But it's not enough for me to translate because the chinese sentence structure is really different, sometimes without nouns or subjects, so I get confused a lot. Not to mention all the slangs! Besides, I believe it's the best to translated from original jp text so nothing is lost.

If you ever need help editing Nakamura-sensei's work, please let me know. I am willing to spent all the sleepy nights for her work!

It's a short one shot that has something to do with detectives. The detective have an eye patch on his right eyes. I still haven't gotten the translation yet, so I have no idea the name of the title.

ooooh!!! **loves it!** is it the exposition from last year?? or from this year??? I had someone this year to snatch me the pin-up for "Double Mints" boys. **totally worships it**
as for the BL mangas from sensei:
"Doble Mint" currently runs in Mellow Mellow. It's BL.
"J no Subete" - complete with 3 volumes. It's gender-bender and BL. (there is also het-sex there, but the main pairing is BL) some pictures are here.
"When I was 13" - it's a spin-off from "J no Subete" 1 volume complete. some preview pics are here. It is BL boys school story, rather tragic. And there is a short follow up one-shot "His Left Eye" in "Une adventure de deux semaines" tanko. That made the story absolutely poignant...

if you by any chance want to scanlate smth - I have someone with all the HQ scans and I can contact her for them.... ^____^

This one is this year at a bookshop, Jan-Feb I think (just missed it!), there was another proper one organized by her publisher last year in summer.

You have ALL the HQ scans? OMG I am so jealous! I agree with you, we need to spread more Nakamura Love!! I'd definitely love to work on J no Subete and all related stories, I'd REALLY appreciate it if you can contact your friend for me. <33 Personally I only do BL stories (XDD), but I'm aware that there's non-yaoi in Une adventure de deux semaines and I know an upcoming group that adores Nakamura and they'll probably be interested in them (the group coordinator also mentioned her wish to work on When I was 13 but she was unable to find any scans for it). Would you like me to hook you up with them as well?
